Open the event, pick your ticket type and quantity, and pay. Your seats are held while you check out, and the ticket is issued the moment payment is confirmed — into your wallet and to your email.

Cards work everywhere. In Nigeria you can also pay by bank transfer or USSD, and across most of the rest of Africa you can pay by mobile money. Whatever you use, your card details go straight to the company handling the payment — they never reach Tiqstar.

The refund policy is set by the creator and shown on the event page before you buy. Request a refund from your order and it goes to them to approve. If an event is cancelled outright, ticket holders are entitled to the ticket price back.

Apply for a creator account. Once you are approved, we walk you through it step by step: the event page, your tickets, the dates, then publishing. A person reviews every application — people spend money here in advance, so we check who is selling.
